Read the source, then choose the route
The usefulness of a contact depends on more than its digits. We keep the available evidence and its limitations visible.
Start with company-published information
Preferred sources are company contact pages, help centers and published service documents. A review can use directly available page content, an official indexed page or a rendered page. The recorded method describes what was actually checked; none of these methods is a test call.
Keep the original purpose
A reservation contact, baggage desk and refund-status team are different routes. Geographic limits and service hours are retained where the source provides them. A corporate, legal or privacy-office number is not relabelled as general consumer support.
Show the evidence age
The date beside a contact records its source review. Inherited records keep their earlier dates until they are reviewed again. The catalog is not continuously monitored, and publication does not promise that a company will answer.
Explain what is missing
If a general telephone is not confirmed, an available form, email or company website can be shown instead. Uncertain references remain labelled. Empty review sections stay empty; no ratings, testimonials or queue times are invented.
Resolve corrections carefully
Corrections are assessed against a supporting company source before a listing changes. A reader’s dispute with a company is separate from whether a contact detail is accurately recorded.
